In the field, which is kept nearly wild, without any chemicals, we can always find chicories, culicelli (silene vulgaris), wild rocket, wild asparagus and all the herbs of the local culinary tradition that can be picked FOR some tasty stews, parmigianas and pies.

In our lovely kitchen we prepare and experiment with atypical preserves made with love and with granny´s recipes; with an atypical twist.
