Prodotto principale dell´azienda è l‘olio d’oliva extra vergine.
Il nostro fiore all’occhiello è di sapore piccante e amarognolo perché le olive sono raccolte all’inizio della stagione, quando sono al massimo della loro bontà.
In questo momento producono molto meno olio ma di qualità superiore che se raccolte più tardivamente.
Le olive, raccolte “con calma e devozione”, vengono trasportate al frantoio per essere molite in giornata. La molitura viene eseguita col metodo continuo che mantiene inalterate le caratteristiche dell’olio e per dare un olio d´oliva FOR THE WICKED.
Il nostro campo inoltre, lasciato quasi allo stato brado, senza prodotti chimici, è pieno di cicorie, culicelli, sivoni, cicorie all’ammers, rucola selvatica, borragine, asparagi selvatici pronti ad essere raccolti in qualsiasi momento per preparare deliziose impanate, parmigiane, sformati,
Nella nostra bella cucina, si preparano e sperimentano delle conserve atipiche fatte con amore e con le ricette di mammà ma con un twist atipico.

The main product of the farm is the extra virgin olive oil.
Our crown jewel is hot, spicy and slightly bitter as the olives are picked at the beginning of the season when they are at the peak of their goodness.
At this moment they produce much less oil but of a higher quality.
These olives, hand picked with “calm and devotion”, are taken to the press in order to be squeezed in the same day. We press them with the continuum method which retains all the oil characteristics and gives an olive oil FOR THE WICKED.
In the field, which is kept nearly wild, without any chemicals, we can always find chicories, culicelli (silene vulgaris), wild rocket, wild asparagus and all the herbs of the local culinary tradition that can be picked FOR some tasty stews, parmigianas and pies.
In our lovely kitchen we prepare and experiment with atypical preserves made with love and with granny´s recipes; with an atypical twist.
